My culinary journey is deeply rooted in the humble beginnings of my childhood in Vietnam. Growing up in less-than-privileged circumstances, I quickly learned the art of making do with what was available – a skill that has shaped my approach to cooking.

In November 2021, Com Viet emerged as a tribute to these cherished memories, a food stall at the Maker Market in Kapunda. Here, amidst the market's welcoming atmosphere, I share not just food but the emotional resonance of my journey.
